Little Figaro is an adaptation of W. A. Mozarts famous opera the Marriage of Figaro, arranged to please an younger audience.  In this family opera you will hear four vocal soloists and a chamber ensemble consisting of 2 violins, viola, cello, contrabass, flute, oboe, bassoon and french horn.

Little Figaro has been created by the producer of young audience in Länsmusiken, Carolina Johansson, together with Camerata Nordica to be performed mainly in Kalmar län. The school performances during 2019 was seen by approx. 2000 students and has at certain times been made as a family concert.

We are now making a live streaming performance of this family opera with recommended alterations due to the corona pandemic.

Little Figaro is an excellent opportunity for the whole family to discover the world of opera.
