The concert

Lene Skomedal is a professional horn player and has played with many orchestras and ensembles over the years. In her Yoga Concert, classical music is in focus. The Camerata Nordica string quartet plays while Lene talks about the music, the composers and their lives and connects it with the movements of yoga. The program and the structure of the yoga are shaped around the music so that you can truly experience the music through your body and simply breathe music.
