“International Chamber Music in the Heart of Öland”
Amidst rolling fields and blooming gardens in northern Öland, we find one of the summer’s most unique cultural experiences – the Öland Chamber Players festival at Anna’s Farm in Husvalla.
Here, the audience gets to experience world-class chamber music, performed by internationally acclaimed musicians, in an intimate and nature-close setting. During the intermissions, visitors can enjoy the peaceful garden and let the music settle into both body and mind.
This year’s program offers long-awaited returns and beloved works – including Frédéric Chopin’s romantic piano concerto – and the festival week begins with an atmospheric concert in the medieval Källa Old Church, featuring music by Johann Sebastian Bach.
